Friends,

Happy New Year and thank you for your continued prayer for Ruby and our family.

The last few months have been tough in many ways in regard to Ruby's health and we continue to rely on God's grace in the process - clinging to the beauty and wholeness of His provision made for us in Christ Jesus. We believe Isaiah 53 happened, and that it happened for Ruby. We continue to guard and treasure the promise of health for her life. In the meantime, we love and adore our beautiful little girl and continue to contend for her life in every way that we can.

Praise Report:

* Today when Mitch got home from work he towered from behind Ruby's high chair and began his "surprise" play time with her - an interaction that makes her laugh and laugh - daily. What a blessing.

Prayer Request:

* A custom brace has been made for Ruby to help manage the scoliosis. We are currently adjusting to the day to day of the bracing treatment which can be a challenge. Please pray for complete healing of Ruby's spine and also that this bracing would be an effective treatment.

* Pray that Ruby's digestive system would be healed and she would be able to absorb the nutrients she needs to continue to gain weight and grow.
